Try RELIFE products for 60 days, risk-free.
If you are not satisfied, you can request a return within 60 days after receiving your order for a full refund, provided the product meets the conditions outlined below.
Note on Eligibility: This offer is exclusively for customers who are not satisfied with the product’s performance or suitability for its intended use. This policy does not cover buyer's remorse, accidental purchases, or wrong-item selections (see Return Conditions below).
Return Conditions
To ensure a smooth return process, please strictly adhere to the following conditions:
- The product must be clean, undamaged, and not visibly used.
- The original packaging and all included accessories must be retained and intact.
- For bundle purchases (e.g., Back + Knee Combo), all included items must be returned together unless otherwise approved by our support team.
Important: Returns caused by wrong-item selections or order mistakes (for example, choosing a combo instead of a single device) may not qualify for a full refund. RELIFE reserves the right to deduct return shipping costs or decline refunds for such buyer mistakes.

Once your return is approved and received, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately. We will send a free replacement without extra cost.
One-Year Warranty
All RELIFE products include a 1-year warranty for non-human damage.
If your product breaks within a year, we will repair or replace it for free.
Exchanges
If you require a different item, the fastest way to proceed is to return the original product (following the above Return Conditions) and place a new order after your return is approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed immediately.
Refunds typically appear in your original payment account within 10 business days.
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, contact us at hello@relife.com.co — we will assist you promptly.
Additional Notes
Note on Return Labels: Any prepaid return label issued must be used within its validity period. If a label expires before it is scanned by the carrier, the customer may be required to cover the shipping costs for a new label. Relife is not responsible for expired labels resulting from delays in shipping by the customer.
RELIFE reserves the right to decline refunds or deduct return shipping costs for orders placed incorrectly or due to buyer mistakes.
RELIFE reserves the right to refuse excessive or abusive return requests to maintain fair use of our 60-day guarantee.
