Shipping policy

Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Please note that orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays. In the event of a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days; we will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.

Shipping Estimates & Costs

• Standard Shipping: Approximately 2–5 business days, depending on your location.
• Shipping Cost: We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the United States.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. It is the customer's responsibility to monitor the tracking status of their delivery.

Delivery Responsibility & Package Theft
Relife is responsible for the safe delivery of your package up until the point the carrier (USPS/UPS/FedEx) confirms the item as "Delivered." * Confirmed Deliveries: Once the tracking information shows that the package has been delivered to the address provided at checkout, Relife is no longer responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

• Porch Piracy: We strongly recommend shipping to a secure location. If you suspect your package was stolen after delivery, please contact the carrier to file a claim or contact your local authorities to report the theft.
• Address Accuracy: It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. Relife is not responsible for deliveries to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Missing or Damaged Shipments If your tracking info says "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please wait 48 hours as carriers occasionally mark packages as delivered prematurely. If the package still hasn't arrived, please contact our support team, and we will assist you in opening an investigation with the carrier.
